DFERIA: LET THE SHOW BEGIN!

Do you love theatre? What about dance? Then you’re in the right place… We’re delighted to welcome dFeria from March 14 to 26, a unique opportunity to experience the magic of live performing arts.

The Donostia / San Sebastián Performing Arts Fair is part of the Coordinadora de Ferias de Artes Escénicas del Estado (COFAE). It began its journey in 1988, promoted by the San Sebastián City Council and Donostia Kultura. Since then, it has become known for the outstanding artistic quality of the productions it presents and for the careful selection of its programme. Over the years, it has also stood out thanks to its strong theatre programme and the significant presence of industry programmers and professionals. As a result, the fair has established itself as a leading national reference point for performing arts professionals, remaining at the forefront of Spain’s performing arts fairs for many years.

During these days, our streets welcome some of the most notable names in the world of performing arts. dFeria offers an exceptional platform for professionals to meet, exchange ideas and build connections, while continuing to strengthen its links with both the Latin American and European markets.

This year, Denmark will be the guest country, and companies from Italy, Argentina and Taiwan will also be taking part. The programme will feature 48% dance, 46% theatre, as well as a circus performance and another multidisciplinary show.

Performances will take place across the city’s well-known venues: Tabakalera, Lugaritz Kultur Etxea, Egia Kultur Etxea… and, of course, at two of our closest neighbours: the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and the Kursaal, both just a 5-minute walk from Hotel Parma.
