Les cidreries ouvrent leurs portes et les gens se rassemblent pour profiter de cette ancienne tradition.<\/p>\n

Imaginez-vous entrer dans une cidrerie confortable, l’ar\u00f4me du cidre fra\u00eechement moulu remplissant l’air et le bourdonnement des conversations anim\u00e9es remplissant l’air. Les tables sont dress\u00e9es avec des plats de morue, d’omelette de pommes de terre et de steak, d’authentiques d\u00e9lices basques qui mettent l’eau \u00e0 la bouche !<\/p>\n

Mais la star de la soir\u00e9e, c’est bien s\u00fbr le cidre. Le \u00ab\u00a0Txotx\u00a0\u00bb est le moment o\u00f9 le f\u00fbt est ouvert et o\u00f9 chacun est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9guster le cidre directement sorti de la cuve. C’est tout un rituel.
