The aim is to distinguish \u201cthe city that demonstrates a special commitment to shaping the future of sustainable and innovative tourism. The purpose of the award is also to promote the interaction and consolidation of destinations, while making it easier to exchange good practices in this sector,\u201d according to sources from the organization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From a group of 30 candidates from 17 countries, the finalists selected are, in alphabetical order, Bremerhaven (Germany), Cork and Dublin (Ireland), Genoa (Italy), Helsingborg (Sweden) and San Sebasti\u00e1n (Spain).
